How does the booking work?
Thats is quite easy. Simply book the courses you want in our shop. After paying via PayPal, you will receive a booking confirmation and a link to the email you provided. Please click this link 10 minutes before the course starts. You will then be connected to our online seminar platform.
Can I pay via another service than PayPal?
No, because we use PayPal as our only payment service provider. It offers our customers the most secure way of transaction.
What devices can I use?
You can participate with all devices. It works with a smartphone, iPad, Mac, Samsung device or PC. All you need is an internet connection. A microphone and / or a camera are optional. (Tip: It is worth participating on a device with a large screen.)
What is technically possible?
I offer live online seminars available worldwide. You can watch me paint live, ask me questions and also show me the piece you are painting on. Of course, the streaming takes place in FullHD and with our own eLearning platform we offer you the best possible experience.
